Rabbi Flicker received his rabbinic ordination in 1990 and has served congregations in Tyler, Texas; Cincinnati, Ohio; and Columbus, Ohio. He recently retired from the Congregation B’nai Israel. He has served on the Board of the Samaritan Counseling Center and the
Public Safety Partnership and currently serves on the Ethics Committee of Presbyterian Hospital, the Board of the Jewish Federation of New Mexico, the Board of Israel Bonds, and as a Chaplain for APD. He has earned numerous awards, including the Martin Luther King Jr. Spirit Award from the Baptist Ministers’ Council in Cincinnati.
